Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States only. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight or value. Orders over $14 qualify for free economy shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier for assistance. We are not responsible for packages after delivery has been confirmed.
