Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item so we can review the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to submit a return request. After the return is approved, you can place a new order.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
